My Story
Antoinette Denise built a career in Nutrition and Public Health. After retiring as a Public Health Nutritionist, she transitioned to education as a Family and Consumer Science teacher. In her first year, she surprisingly had up to twenty-eight eager students wanting to learn sewing. As the curriculum evolved, she also taught Food, Nutrition and Wellness, Lifespan Nutrition and Food Science, Home Interior, and Early Childhood. After fourteen years in teaching, Antoinette Denise is now retired. While offering sewing lessons outside of school, she worked with clients aspiring to launch their own clothing lines, leading her to begin a consulting career. She is a proud mother to her son, Daniel, and grandmother to her grandson, Jackson.
